Welcome to Round 2 of CRA at the Podium Club @ Attesa! We are excited to have you all join us for some amazing racing at the newest racetrack on the West Coast.
For those of you who are new to our club, below is a brief rundown of what to expect at Round 2.
Friendly reminder that pre-registration closes at midnight on April 26th (Wednesday). Please Pre-Register and avoid the $50 post-registration fee. If you have trouble signing up, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com. If you are trackside and would like to sign up for the races, check in with our registration staff.

Pre-Registered riders will go straight to Tech Inspection with your motorcycle.
Tech inspection will be open on Thursday April 27th from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If you are signed up for the Practice Day on Friday and your bike was inspected on Thursday or Friday, you are good to go for the race weekend. Tech inspection will also be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. If you have an on-track incident, your tech sticker will be pulled at the time of the incident and you will be REQUIRED to have your bike re-teched in order to resume racing.
For the racers that opted in for the Premier In Pit Tech option, our team will come to you! We do require you to check in with our tech inspection team (separate line) to obtain a glow stick that needs to be hung on your motorcycle handlebar. This will assist our staff in locating you. However, due to the sheer size of the paddock, you may be sent an SMS message to locate you and your pit area so keep those cell phones close by.
If you rented a transponder, you will be issued the transponder, fully charged, at the time you are getting your motorcycle inspected. If you do not have a transponder bracket, they are available for purchase with our tech staff for $10 (cash only). Please remember to return the transponder to any CRA staff member at the end of the event. Failure to return the transponder will involve a $500 replacement fee.
We are respectfully requesting you adhere to our paddock map here with regard to parking and setting up your pit. Please note all reserved areas on the map as those specific areas are reserved for CRA sponsors, vendors, and staff. Parking in the marked areas will be strictly enforced. The paddock consists of 45’, 60’ and 80’ in length pit spots. Please note the size of your pit and choose efficiently to ensure everyone attending has enough space for their trailers, RV’s, and vehicles. If you are unsure of where you are allowed to park or set up a pit, feel free to reach out to any CRA staff if you have questions or need assistance.
Amenities: The track and its facilities are in the infancy stages of development. Thus, certain amenities such as RV hookups, showers, water accessibility, and restrooms are NOT available at this time. There are an adequate number of portable toilets situated in and around the paddock.
Food: Food vendors will be on-site daily.
Fees & Camping: Give the Podium Club management a HUGE high five when you see them trackside. In honor of this event, there will be NO GATE FEES and camping will be allowed in the paddock all the way to May 1st (Monday) at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to CRA attendees; including spectators. The earliest you may arrive is Thursday at 4 pm as there is an event on Thursday and we will not be allowed in until the event has concluded. Please adhere to the paddock map with regard to how you want to set up your pit and your accommodations. Please be cognizant of space and do not take up more than you need. All vehicles must be out of the paddock by Monday noon.

Depending on weather and possible unforeseen circumstances, the schedule may be revised to accommodate. We will do our best to adhere to the schedule. If changes to the schedule are necessary, you will be notified via our SMS messaging system.
Be in the know all weekend! Once trackside, you will have the option to sign up for SMS messaging from CRA. Scan the two different QR codes and subscribe to receive updates and information pertaining to the race weekend. QR codes will be available for scanning with registration & tech locations and will be strategically placed throughout the paddock with sponsors and vendors.
All CRA members are eligible for the CRA swag bag which comes with your paid membership. For those of you that have yet to pick up your hard copy CRA race license and swag bag, check in with our “Merch pit” and they will assist you.
Join us for a family style dinner in the paddock Saturday night! $30 per person if purchased at time of pre-registration. Everyone WITH A WRISTBAND will be permitted to partake in the festivities. Wristbands for dinner can be picked up with our registration staff. If you would like to join us for dinner and did not pre register, tickets for dinner can be purchased with our registration staff for $40.
To keep things exciting, expert racers registered for the CTML Consultants Gold Cup (CRA’S Premier Race), will get you the opportunity to experience a “Pro-Start” just like the pros! Go out for your sighting lap, grid up with your stands/warmers/umbrella girls, etc., interviews, pictures, warm up lap and then finally the race. Get your crew ready for this as it is not a one-man job!
There is currently no PA system at Podium Club. CRA will be broadcasting all race related info via a radio station FM station 97.1 trackside. Bring an FM Radio.
